Bijaka is committed to fair and transparent return and refund practices while maintaining the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Return
A product is eligible for return only if all the following conditions are met:
- The return request is raised within 4 days from the date of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided
⚠️ Safety products once used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn safety products (helmets, gloves, shoes, masks, PPE kits, etc.)
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
- Customized, made-to-order, or special project supplies
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
3️⃣ Valid Return Reasons (Accepted)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect (verified by inspection)
- Wrong product delivered
- Transit damage (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Missing items in shipment
4️⃣ In-House Manufactured Products – Return & Refund
For Bijaka in-house manufactured products:
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded after inspection
- Replacement is preferred over refund wherever feasible
- Refunds are processed only after quality verification
5️⃣ Sourced Products – Return & Refund
For externally sourced products:
- Returns and refunds are governed by supplier-backed warranty terms
- Bijaka will coordinate with the supplier for resolution
- Approval is subject to supplier inspection and acceptance
6️⃣ Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method
- Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from Bijaka’s side
7️⃣ Replacement Policy
- Replacements are dispatched after receiving and inspecting the returned product
- If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered
- Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on stock availability
8️⃣ Bulk / B2B Orders
- Bulk, corporate, and project orders follow mutually agreed commercial terms
- Returns and refunds are not applicable unless explicitly mentioned in the contract or PO
9️⃣ How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, contact us with:
- Order ID / Invoice number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- Supporting images/videos (if applicable)
